Definitions
Creative Parties Limited trading as Covet and Desire (referred to as "we", "our" and "us" in these terms) suggest that the customer (referred to as "you" and "your" in these terms) should spend some time in reading through these terms of trading. These Terms and Conditions shall apply above all other unless written deviation is granted.
We want you to feel confident in accepting the Goods we offer. If you have any questions or queries relating to any of these terms, please feel free to contact us before you enter into the contract.
No contract will exist between you and Covet and Desire for the sale of any items from this website until we accept your order by confirming that we have dispatched the items. All orders are dependant of reliance of these terms and conditions and it is deemed that you accept these terms and conditions when placing your order.
Payment terms
Payment will be in the form of an electronic transaction, this is a secure transaction through “World Pay”, once the payment is accepted, notification will be sent to both parties. Payment will be in either USD $, Euro or GBP.
Prices and availability may be subject to change without notice but all prices are fixed and firm at the time of the contract.

Covet and Desire retain the copyright to all content included in this site included logs, graphics and text and these rights will be defended accordingly.
Your Responsibilities
On purchasing you undertake to use the goods in accordance with all international and local laws. We do not accept and claim or liability howsoever caused arising from any such breach. Our liability howsoever caused shall be limited to the net contract value only.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel any order you place with Covet and Desire within seven days of receipt of your order. A full refund for the goods will be given if the goods have not yet been despatched. If the goods have been despatched you may return the items to us for a refund of the cost of the product. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Returns Policy
We are sure that you will be happy with the products that you purchase from us. However, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will give you a refund minus postage and packaging when the goods are received back to our warehouse within 7 working days. Please complete the form on the returns page and return your goods to the address below. You must take care of our goods whilst in your possession. Any items for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing as you would wish to receive it. The item must be without damage or use and in suitable condition for resale.
We cannot accept items for refund, exchange or credit note if you do not comply to these terms. Due to false promises in the past we are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original is returned to Covet adn Desire. If you need an item quickly you may pay for the new item and a refund will be given once the original is returned.
The following products are exempt from our returns policy unless they are faulty.
Corsets are made to order and as such can only be returned if faulty.
If any product is found to be faulty then please return the item complete with packaging and a letter stating the fault within 7 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
