Returns
We are sure that you will be happy with the products that you purchase from Covet & Desire. However, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will give you a refund minus postage and packaging when the goods are received back to our warehouse within 7 working days. Please complete the form below outlining the reason for return. You must take care of our goods whilst in your possession so please try on any briefs or thongs over your own underwear. Any items for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing as you would wish to receive it. The item must be unworn and unwashed and in suitable condition for resale.
We cannot accept items for refund, exchange or credit note if you do not comply to these terms. Due to false promises in the past we are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original is returned to Covet & Desire. If you need an item quickly you may pay for the new item and a refund will be given once the original is returned.
The following products are exempt from our returns policy unless they are faulty.
Corsets - all corsets are made to order and as such can only be returned if faulty.
Tights & stockings due to hygiene reasons
Faulty Goods - if a product is found to be faulty then please complete the form below and return the item complete with packaging and within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Address
Please return your goods to the address below including your name and address in the parcel. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting as you are liable for the goods until they are received back in our warehouse.
