Delivery Information
All orders are lovingly wrapped in tissue before being dispatched in discreet plain packaging. If it is a special gift - just email us at sales@covetanddesire.com and we will include your special message and gift wrap your order free of charge!
Orders placed using standard delivery are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For service. All express delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier service and require a signature. A card will be left with collection details if you are out so that you can rearrange delivery or alternatively you can arrange for delivery to be made to a different address such as your place of work when placing your order.
Standard Delivery
Delivery is just £2.95 on all orders delivered to UK mainland. This service is by First Class Signed For service and can take up to seven working days to arrive. We normally despatch your goods within 1 working day of receipt of order but it may take a little longer at busy times (for example Christmas & Valentine's Day).
Express Delivery
Delivery charge of £5.95 for all orders delivered to UK mainland usually within one working day. Orders must be placed by 12pm Monday to Friday. This service will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier and be delivered before 5pm the next working day. If you would like an earlier or timed delivery please contact us for more details.
Next Day Delivery (before 9am) UK
Delivery charge of £15.95 for all orders delivered to UK mainland usually within one working day. Orders must be placed by 12pm Monday to Friday. This service will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier and be delivered before 9am the next working day. Please call us for more details.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery
Delivery charge of £19.95 for all orders delivered to UK mainland on a Saturday. Orders must be placed by 12pm Monday to Friday. This service will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be delivered before 1pm on Saturday.
Europe & Worldwide Delivery
Delivery charge of £15.95 for orders to Ireland and Europe and the rest of the World. Goods will be delivered within 14 working days. If your require your order sooner please contact us.
